Rev. Dr. Hair taught for over 15 years at Muskegon Community College in Muskegon, Michigan in the areas of diversity, inclusion, equity, race and ethnic relations, women studies, sociology and anthropology. She is a sought-after keynote speaker and conference presenter and has presented at various conferences (as well as preacher and teacher of the Word of God). An excellent and impactful communicator that can take the most difficult subject matter and
deliver it with confidence and authenticity such that the message is received with love and kindness. She has received many accolades, such as the 2007 Larry T. Reynold’s Award for Excellence in Teaching. However, her greatest accomplishments and satisfaction has come from educating students. Seeing their development and transformation from a lack of awareness to a fully embracing diversity and inclusion mindset. As a Professor and Reverend her passion, from
which she draws deep joy and satisfaction, comes from her faith in God who infuses her with His strength to be a helper and positively impacting the lives of others, ensuring that all feel value, respect and acceptance.
